The Sentry CS-15HD/HY products provide twelve IEC 60320 C19 outlets for high density applications found in data center cabinets. Smart Cabinet Distribution Units (CDU) provide reliable 3-phase power distribution combined with local and remote power monitoring and environmental monitoring via IP.
This Sentry PIPS CDU combines all of the features of a Smart CDU with the ability to provide power monitoring per inlet/infeed. Power information per infeed includes current, voltage, power, apparent power, crest factor, reactance, power factor and accumulated energy. This information replaces branch circuit monitoring devices typically installed in the power distribution panel or remote power panel (RPP) with higher accuracy and lower cost monitoring of each circuit attached to the CDU.
Combine the Sentry PIPS Smart Cabinet PDU with the Sentry Power Manager (SPM) software tool to gain power usage information across multiple Cabinet PDU's individual IP address.
This Smart cabinet PDU delivers reliable power distribution, local power monitoring via LEDs, power monitoring via IP and environmental (temperature & humidity) monitoring via IP.
The PDU meets new UL 60950-1 Branch Circuit Protection requirements. Each branch circuit utilizes circuit breakers (UL-489 rated circuit breakers) as an Overcurrent Protection Device (OCPD).
